Bowl o' Red Radish

The humble radish finds a permanent home in my fridge from early spring through the summer months. Armed only with a bowl (or glass) and water, my radish stash is placed at eye-level on the shelves which allows me a grab and go snack. I eat them like others eat nuts or olives-popping them one at a time. The more bitter the radish, the better.

You won’t find me using a mandolin to slice them thinly or creating rosebud designs with them for garnish.  True to the minimalist in me, it’s just one. whole. radish. one. at. a. time.

How do you eat your radish?

Me too! Just one. whole. radish. one. at. a. time! LOVE them. When I’m feeling crazy, with cottage cheese. (:
