Robinsbite is looking for a culinary and nutrition communications intern

Looking for a fast paced, culinary and nutrition communications focused, totally out of the box experience with a veteran RDN?  Robin Plotkin, RDN, Culinary Nutritionist and founder of RDPC, Inc./DBA Robinsbite, is accepting applications NOW for a part-time intern.

What does a typical week look like?

A typical week could look something like this: develop and edit blog posts for different sites, manage social media, scout grocery stores for new ingredients, weigh in on recipe development ideas, participate in creative processes for various projects and help prepare and research talking points for media interviews. Or, it might not look anything like that–Robinsbite interns must be able to be flexible as you never know what you might be asked to do!

What will I be responsible for as a Robinsbite intern?

Intern responsibilities will also include developing recipes for Recipe Redux and organizing social media platform posts.  Intern will also learn about running a small business, professional ethics, event management for culinary and nutrition related events, attend client meetings, scale recipes, meet other dietitian entrepreneur and more. Weekly SKYPE staff meetings are required. Oh, and there will be a lot of laughs.

What’s the time commitment?

Intern will work 25-30 hours a week during the summer and approximately 10 hours during the school year. Work will be more flexible during the school year, and will accommodate a busy student schedule–I promise.
