01 Oct Inside the Fridge celebrates its’ one year birthday!
September marks one year of peeking inside the refrigerators of everyone from bloggers and moms, to doctors and dietitians. This weekly Wednesday blog series showcases the habits people have regarding eating, shopping and cooking. Take a walk down memory lane with a few of our favorites from this past year.
In May, New Yorker Julie Andrews let us peek inside her impeccably organized and healthful fridge, prompting questions of possible super powers. This dietitian and “Tastefully Julie” blogger set the bar high for mothers and bloggers alike.
In August, ITF featured Matt Ruscigno’s fridge, a truly “healthy adventure.” This vegan RD’s fridge was chock full of colorful veggies, which might be why his ultra athleticism is unstoppable.
ITF recently featured healthy living blogger Roni Noone. This blogging maniac swears by Laughing Cow particularly because of the pre-portioned serving… just one of the reasons Roni is one fit mama.
Aviva Goldfarb, author and founder of the Six O’Clock Scramble rang in the new year with a fridge plump full of fruit and Fage, just to name a few of her favorite foods. We even got glimpses of pre and post shopping trip pics.
Check out all of Inside the Fridge’s previous posts, and thanks to each and every one of our ITF contributors. Happy Birthday Inside the Fridge!
